They've done it again. Resort to using an emergency act on issues that could've been handled by the courts (although some people question the neutrality). Why don't investigations been done first before deciding on things like this? Is it really a national security issue? Or there's another reason for it?
Blogger arrested for speaking out his opinions, MP arrested for alleged reasons and reporter arrested for reporting a fact, while the arrogant culprit escapes with a 3 year holiday although persistently insist that he did nothing wrong. Nothing wrong? Then why arrest the journalist? What is wrong then? I thought the PM said reporters should report truth without any fear? Why is everything contradictory now? And blogs should be a platform for one to express his or her thoughts/opinions. Would anyone in their right mind go around arresting people that offer some different opinions over things? And for the MP, if the MP did something wrong, why don't just charge in courts?
I am utterly speechless. Although the reporter is already released, the damage is already done. Hammer a nail through a plank, you'll still see the hole there although you remove the nail. Enough said. It's indeed a sad day for democracy...
