On post-electives

so that was it. electives. over.

well not really, the report was yet to be done. =(

immediately after electives i'm in gynae. yes gynae. it should be a rather interesting posting if u ask me as it covers a few of womens' most common form of malignancies.

should be. but not for me. i find it kinda boring? i'm not sure of it myself, just dont have the drive. well at least not for me alone, i do find people on the same boat. just did my best to recognize common malignancies with a few conditions and emergencies. yep i guess it'll be pretty sufficient to diagnose (hopefully) and refer =p

currently in our so-called most humane posting ever primary care medicine (pcm). its the only posting which emphasizes the human touch, communication skills and empathy. it also involves preventive medicine and the ability to convey a message/knowledge across effectively without usage of medical jargons. in all, its a patient first posting. every treatment/management is different for every patient be it pharmacological or non pharmacological. so far am just starting off with it. so far so good. its a pretty relaxed posting i can say.

Random

Random, as most things were. Non were fixed, non were sure. Shall I leave it to the play of chances? Or should I put in effort; pushing the possibilities to my favour?
Anyhow, things would still be random. Like it or not, that's life. Uncertainties suck. But I guess that's what make things interesting. No?
